Haiti Ministry Uniform Fund Thanks to all who have supported this summer’s Haiti Uniform Campaign! We are very pleased to announce that our generous donor has extended their offer to match donations up to $1,000 through the end of July! Every dollar, in any amount you can give, will be doubled and will help us reach our goal. Glive as much as you are able, the students at St. Matthieu will thank you! To donate: please see us today at coffee hour, or send a check to Grace Church with “Haiti Uniforms” in the memo line. Donations can also be made via the church website: click “give”, go to “Haiti Ministry” in the drop down, and mention uniforms in the “note” Mesi anpil!
Coffee Hour The hospitality committee keeps a small supply of treats on hand but this often is not enough. Won’t you please be so kind as to donate a baked good for all to enjoy? Coffee cakes, quick breads, muffins, or bagels are always appreciated as well as other baked goods. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness. Please see Sarah Chadwick if you have questions or want to help out further.

Joy of Living Group, 7:00-8:30 p.m., 2nd and 4th Mondays This group combines meditation, practices integrated in the flow of life, and discussion. Next meeting, in the Connector: July 13, 2026.
3 day Icon Workshop, Wednesday July 22-Friday July 24 There will be a 3 day intensive icon workshop from Wednesday, July22 through Friday, July 24. The workshop will be in Grace Church’s parish hall on Spring Street, and the hours are 9 am to 4 pm. As in the 16th century, students will be creating Byzantine style icons using traditional techniques and natural materials rich with symbolic meaning, including pure gold leaf, and ground mineral pigments in an emulsion made from egg yolk. Previous artistic experience is not necessary, since icon writing is as much a contemplative process of an inner spiritual journey into realms of beauty and glorification as it is an artistic discipline. Students of all levels of experience are welcome, and everyone will work on individual images at their own pace. A workshop fee of $5 per day will cover the cost of provided materials. For more information please contact: Sandy Lillydahl 413-549-2740.
